Love, love, love the meshy sheer quality of this handmade knit by KRELwear. The fact that part of the knit glows in the dark … awesome. I can think of many fun places to where this little number. I think it would look amazing layered with other items for a more toned down, casual, street look too. Make sure to take a look at the rest of the KREL DiscGlow collection, just to make sure you’re not missing another piece that needs to be yours. All of the pieces are one of a kind and handmade, once they’re gone, they’re gone. Won’t that make you sad if you miss out. You don’t want to have your girlfriend come up to you and say, “Look what I got!” you know in that sing songy way that screams … “and you didn’t”. I’m just sayin’.

Today’s featured item is by independent fashion label Che Woo and is one of their company’s signature tees. It is fun, life guard, orange with light blue ink in the graphic tee. The artwork features a comic inspired illustration reading “Woo! Woo! Woo! They are coming!” Che Woo Design is on it’s way!!! All we have to say is ROCK ON! We love it! Fashion happens everywhere, this darling is from Hillside, IL. Give us a shout out if you’re from there. We want to hear more about the independent fashion scene happening there.

I learned of the political message men could be sending by the color tie they choose to wear to an important gathering of the minds. Apparently at the recent health care summit the tie color of choice was powder blue.

So if powder blue is the color of choice to show we can all get along politically speaking, I think we are going to need a few more options. Here we have our best powder blues to help us put our most non-confrontational foot forward as we move through a growing number of mind field issues. The bonus is a small business will be helped by the purchase making it a double politically correct thing to do. The trifecta – buying one made of sustainable silk not only making us kind but conscious as well.

Me personally, I agree with Scott Simon’s second to the last statement, “Diversity shouldn’t be defined just by a man or woman’s ethnicity, but the diversity of their ideas and interests. Politicians shouldn’t cringe from revealing a little personality.” What do you think?
