Smashing Darling at Maker Faire

We are excited to announce our partnership with BurdaStyle at the Bust Craftacular at the first EVER MakerFaire NY. Trishdarling and Modarling will be on hand in the Burdastyle booth representing Smashing Darling and showing off and selling clothing designed by Trish using Burda patterns. Did you know Burda has open source patterns free for download? How awesome is that? We’ll also be sharing the Burda spot with designer Desira Pesta, she seems pretty darling if you ask us.

You will definitely want to find our booth/table as we will be handing out postcards with codes on the back of them. Some of the codes are jibberish but some will be codes to unlock e-gift cards to shop Smashing Darling. Of course there will be tons of other goodness in the BUST zone, think DJs – food – demos…so come play with us at MakerFaire NYC  (!) and see all that is new, amazing and handmade.

To learn more about PayPal, click here. This also brings us one step closer to opening up our community to international shoppers and designers. We don’t want to tease you…but, we have a long list of designers who can’t wait!
