This fabulously sexy dress is soft, stretchy, comfortable, flowing, and adjustable. It is constructed with and “Empire” shape elastic waistband that flatters the smallest part of a woman’s waist. The top is a halter shape, that has adjustments on the bust, to allow for a size B-D bust. The skirt is “A-Line” shape, and it is very flowing, and flattering for the female body.
