ACH FAQ

All proceeds from your sales will be transferred directly into your to your bank account using an Automated Clearinghouse (ACH) deposit. You need to provide your checking account information for this option.

I've given you my checking information--why do I have to wait before you release my money?

When you first apply for direct payments from Smashing Darling, we test the new account information to ensure that it is valid. After a 14-day hold your funds is disbursed automatically; at that time, you can also begin disbursing your funds up to once a day, if you like.

For updates you make to your checking account information after the initial registration period, there is a 1-day hold on your account. This means that the link to disburse will not appear in your account during that time. This will impact your automatic and manual disbursements in different ways. For automatic disbursements, as long as you do not update your information in the 24 hours prior to the disbursement, it will occur as scheduled. For manual disbursements, the link to disburse again will reappear in your account 24 hours after you make any update to your information.

When will I get my money?

Your disbursement is based on a monthly cycle from the time you were approved to receive payments. On the 1st and 15th of every month we will initiate a disbursement to your checking account. It normally takes 5 business days from the disbursement until the money is shown in your bank account.
