Returns

What is the Return Policy?

Because each individual designer is responsible for their own store we offer 2 options for returns. The options are: 21 Day Return option and No Returns Accepted. When designers create their boutique with Smashing Darling they choose one of these options. The return policy is listed on every item page under the Add To bag Button. If a designer chooses the 21 Day Return option, users have 21 days from th date of purchase to return to www.smashingdarling.com and trigger the return.

  

 

 

 

 

                                                                                                                                                                                                     

How do I make a return?

First Log in. CLICK > Your Account (in the up right corner), CLICK > Purchases tab, CLICK > Order ID # of the Item you wish to return. Scroll down and CLICK > Return An Item From This Order. CHECK the box of the item you wish to return. Type your reason why. CLICK > Return Selected Items. Package up the item and send it back to the designer. After the designer has recieves the returned item, the designer approves the return and your credit card will be credited. Please email the designer if there is a confirmation or a tracking # on the returning package. You will be creditied only for the price of the returned item, not the cost of shipping the item.

If a designer does not accept returns, the option to return an item will not appear.

How do I get started on Smashing Darling?

On the Homepage:
CLICK > SIGN UP in the upper right corner of the page.
Check the circle to buy or sell and the proper form will pop right up for you to fill out.
If you can't see the form, download the browser, Firefox  -- www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox --  Try viewing the site using Firefox.

Do I have to sign up to make a purchase?

NO. Smashing Darling has an option for users without an account to checkout as a guest. If you have an account with Smashing Darling, you will be asked to sign in at the time of check out.

I didn't get the confirmation email. Where is it?

Yes you did, check your spam folder. Make sure Smashing Darling is in your address book so you will receive future emails.
Are you sure you are looking at the correct email account?

I can't remember my password, what should I do?

CLICK > LOGIN
CLICK >  Click here to change your password 

Why can't I login?

Have you signed up already?

If not, go to Homepage and CLICK > SIGN UP

If so, remember Username and Password are case sensitive. Make sure you are trying to sign in with the Username and Password you created when you first joined smashingdarling.com
If you still can't sign in, CLICK > CONTACT at the bottom of the page to email us so we can figure it out together.

I am from outside of the US. Can I buy or sell on Smashing Darling?

We are sorry. No.
We are not currently an International site.
