Hats, hats, and more hats. A lady can never have too many hats!

Although my hats are not intended to be exact replicas of the hats of the Victorian or Edwardian eras, they are inspired by traditional styles of that time in history.

I buy department store hats that have potential, rip all of the tacky decoration off of them, and reapply decoration that would be more suitable for a Victorian or Edwardian lady…well, for modern women in need of head to toe period-appropriate attire, or just wanting a touch if vintage attitude. My hats offer the feel of the Victorian or Edwardian eras at a much lower price, and in much less fragile condition than Vintage, making them repeatedly wearable for reenactments or other costumed events and activities.

I am happy to custom decorate hats for specific events. Custom orders may require significant lead times due to availability of materials. All custom orders must be paid in advance and refunds will not be given for cancelled orders.

This particular hat base is 100% wool and it is decorated with an assortment of feathers and faux flowers.
