This is a lovely Black Topper Riding hat detailed black and purple feathers. it is very feminine . This hat sits on top of your head towards the forehead like in the pictures. It's held on by a elastic band that you put under your hair in the back.

I don’t accept returns because all items are special made to order however I do not want you to be unhappy with your purchase. We can address any fit problem and alter it. If it is My mistake, I would not charge however if it is customer mistake then I charge $30 plus shipping. Please allow 1 week to ship the new item. Items must be returned 3 days from the date of original delivery for an alteration.
