Hand-made in San Francisco, California: printed teal cotton voile smocked dress/top, professionally made with care. Super cute worn over jeans, or wear it as a cover up over a bikini, so many variations possible. The top is smocked with elastic, sizes are very adjustable. A size small can even fit into a size large as the elastic is very strechy and secure. Send a note of what size you normally wear and I'll make sure it will fit. Measures 26.5" long (not including strap length)
