You can either fold the waist or you can use as high waist.
My design are Handmade with special order, it takes 3 to 5 days for me to ship.
Below is my size chart however Most of my items are either stretch or adjustable, like corsets, stretch pants, satin stretch skirts,corset tops etc. if you are 1" bigger or smaller, it would fit you still perfectly.
