i've been making handformed copper leaves for my strange fruit and fleur fatale collections and wanted to showcase them in a more basic design. expect similar earrings (or necklaces) with patinas and beads in the near future.
i love copper and matte black (oxidized sterling) together; it's glam and dangerous all at once- like some sort of exotic, glittery spider.
molded copper leaves (cut from sheet, hand-formed, filed, sanded and given a brushed finish), dangling from a length of oxidized chain and hand-formed, soldered jump ring, accented by little buds of onyx. topped with oxidized sterling, handmade, round earwires.
