Handmade in a limited edition of 5, the Gas Money necklace is an homage of sorts to my move from Savannah, GA to Taos, NM. It used to be the packing, loading and unpacking that I dreaded most about a move... this time it will be the deep-digging into my pockets every time I fill the tank of my moving truck.

I pierced a sturdy (19g) sheet of sterling silver into the silhouette of a gas can and suspended two delicate, shiny drops of 14k gold from the spout. The pendant hangs from a 16" sterling chain with a secure lobster clasp.
