Ever wonder what the 18th century Queen of Fashion might have worn to the Summer of Love? Well, we think about it. A lot, actually. Probably too much.
Anyhoo, we're pretty sure her most fashionable maj would have worn something like this bustier. The 7 bones (one behind each ribbon) would have made her feel right at home. The flirty ruffle and feminine grosgrain ribbon detailing would also have been much appreciated.
The hand-dyed and painted surface design may have taken her a couple of minutes to adjust to but we're sure our fashion icon would have embraced the moment and turned the world on it's ear as usual.
