Super soft 100% fine cotton jersey, combed for softness and comfort. Raw-edge hem, neck and arm openings. Can be worn off-shoulder or on tailored loosely on top, hip-hugging on the bottom. Can be worn as either dress or shirt

I'm a small/x-small and I prefer this fit personally, however these are the specs:

waist: 27-28
