When worn down as bubble, it hits mid-thigh on most people, but can also be turned up for a fun color contrasting bubble/ruffle effect-- worn short or with leggings. Sleeves can be turned up for additional contrast. Cowl neckline when turned in, can also flip neckline outwards for a fun color contrast.
