This is a beautiful dress that ties halter style around the neck and in the back, its very 70's styled in the front, the skirt is made out of a beautiful terrycloth brocade combination and is completely lined on the the inside with satin material to match the top. has a zipper down one side. This dress will fit a 25-28 inch waist and the top is adjustable around the back and the neck. This is the only one of its kind.
