and durable. Layers of silk have historically even been used for bullet-proof vests! The silkworm that made each cocoon has been dried and left inside each cocoon.
The color in each pair of earrings will vary slightly as they are hand dyed. I currently have 9 colors available... please send me a message with your color choice when ordering. If you'd like a pair in a color not shown, please let me know... I have dyes in an endless variety of colors and can create a custom listing for you!
Cocoons are approximately 1" tall.
