Smockey strapless dress

This one of a kind strapless gown has been hand painted to give the smockey effect. It features a corsette with low back, with boning. To avoid a long torso visual effect I used a hand made orange belt with cross stitched tucks. The belt has little black beads in each union. The whole gown is lined with tafeta. The skirt has a crinoline underlining. I suggest to use an underskirt with this gown to achieve volume.
This edgy dress can be worn in a prom, sweet sixteen or quinceañera, or by any woman that wants to show her unique sense of style at a formal party.
