Steampunk Vintage Style Helmet Hat

A cloche, flapper, vintage style hat made by using an original 1920's pattern. I just made this hat with a new pattern I found which is perfect for cold weather. The hat pictured is in black felt with a gray felt band. I have used a velveteen pleated ribbon with grommets as an accent on both sides of the gray band. I then added a black grosgrain ribbon to outline the the upper velveteen ribbon. For the focal point I made a grosgrain bow and added a decorative button. A great vintage style hat which is warm and comfortable.
I personally create each hat one at a time, they are not mass produced and no two are the same. My hats are 100% handmade using traditional tailoring techniques and the highest quality fabrics, hand sewn lining and details.
This hat is a medium and is made to fit a 23 1/2" or less head measurement. I have more of this fabric available and can make you a hat in your size. Contact me with your head measurement.
How to measure for your hat size. Take a cloth measuring tape around the back of your head and above your ears. Have the tape meet on your forehead where you want the hat to sit.
