Payment with PayPal is preferred.  Checks, even e-checks can take weeks to clear, that means weeks waiting for your special jewellery!

Repairs will be made within one month of receipt.   In limited cases, I will consider referring you to another repair person in your area.

Insurance is extra, inform me if you desire to add insurance.  If you chose to decline, I will not replace your item should it go astray in the mail.  While I will do everyting possible to ensure it is shipped correctly, I'm not responsible for the delivery of your jewellery.  We must trust the post office, and for the most part they come through.  I ship hundreds of packages a year, loss is minimal, but it can occur.

Allow ten days for delivery.  Shipping may be from Washington State or BC Canada.  Next day shipping may not be available to all addresses, please check with me first!

I am happy to ship internationally!  Please check with me prior to purchase as to the cost of shipping to your country.
