If there is a problem with the jewelry please contact me within three days of recieving the piece for any returns. I do not return earrings unless there is a construction issue (broken earwire ect.) and again will need to hear from you within three days. Please do not hesitate to email me any questions that you may have about pieces prior to ordering them. In thirteen years of business I have only had one return so I am confident that you will like your pieces but I do understand that it is dificult to see all the details in the photo so I am more than happy to give you precise information on my creations.
