ORDERING

Each piece of jewelry is handmade to order.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery.  In most events, orders will be shipped in one week.  Please specify in case of rush order; every effort will be made to accommodate.  Jewelry is gift boxed free of charge.

RING SIZE
You may specify the exact size you need, but ring sizes are approximate.Please try rings on different fingers to find the best fit.  Once made, a ring can not be resized.
Generally, the fingers on the predominant hand will be slightly thicker.
Please consider your choices carefully as rings are custom made to order and cannot be resized.  The larger stoned rings will have some movement on the finger due to its weight.

SHIPPING
All orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail with insurance and delivery confirmation. USPS Express Mail available upon request.

RETURN POLICY
Each piece of jewelry will be shipped in perfect condition.
Please contact us within 2 days of receipt if received otherwise.  Please consider our measurements given and your choices carefully, as all jewelry is custom made to order.  Buyer responsible for all shipping costs.  Shipping cost is nonrefundable.  Returns are to be received back in original, unworn condition  within 10 days of receipt.  
There is  a 20% restocking fee.  Please insure all shipments.
Most repairs are free of charge.  Please contact us for an estimate.
