Once I place an order how long will it take for me to recieve my package?
The orders are shipped within 3-4 days and items are all shipped priority mail via USPS which takes 2-3 days from time of shipping. Expect the item in about a week.

If I am not happy with the item can I exchange it?
Yes, we will gladly take your item back and exchange it for another of equal value.

What if the item is not what I expected?
You can exchange your item for another of equal value or you may request a full refund for the item.

Can you ship it as a gift to another location?
Yes, we can send the item in our “Ready-to-Give” packaging to any location.

I’m buying for a newborn baby, what size should I choose?
Our smallest size is 3-6 months. However, many parents prefer larger sizes. The organic burpcloth and bib sets are great if you want to avoid sizes.

I’m buying for a very small baby:
Use the baby’s current age range. No need to add two months.

I’m buying for a big baby:
You might want to add 4-6 months to baby’s current age. Better bigger than too small.

What if I mess up and purchase the wrong size?
No problem. We will exchange any unworn item.
