Please note that many of my items are made to order and natural variations may occur. Turnaround time from order to shipment is roughly five (5) days.
Items ship first class mail via the United States Postal Service. I go to the post office to ship internationally once a week, usually Mondays or Fridays.
All of my jewelry items come in a cotton-filled jewelry box or organza drawstring pouch suitable for gift-giving. Modest giftwrap is also available upon request, free of charge.
I want you to be happy with your purchase. Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt. Item must be returned in original, unworn condition for a full refund (less shipping).
I re-use bubble mailers and boxes when possible.
I am 100% truthful in my reporting on customs forms used for international shipments; please don't ask me to fudge the numbers. Likewise, I am not responsible for any customs fees that may be due on international packages.
