Bejessie is a one woman clothing and soap operation based out of my apartment in Astoria, Queens, NY. I began sewing when I was 6, making clothing for my barbie dolls. I began making my own clothing when I started realizing I couldnt find the things I was dreaming up in my head in stores.  

MY SOAP/BATH POTIONS
I have been making soap for 6 years. I started making soap in the winter of 2000 to soothe my daughter Gabrielle's severely dry skin. I only use the finest oils and do not use any petroleum based ingredients. I love that I can have control of what goes on my skin. Eventually friends began want the soap, then orders started coming in- next thing I knew, I was a fully operational business- selling at shows and online under the name of Gabrielle LaBelle. I have combined my soap and clothing operation into one shop called bejessie to make life easier.
