Owned and Operated by Kate Estrada, resident of Emmaus, Pennsyvlania.
What began as a weekend sewing project for Kate has developed into a thriving small business with its merchandise in high demand. Starting out making small cosmetic bags for friends and relatives, Kate saw the need for every woman to own a hand made, yet affordable designer handbag. This desire grew into a small business that had local women raving over the bags that she was creating.
The bag idea started when she realized that she had many purses and bags that she changed off and on but hated having to transport her makeup from one bag to another. So she designed a cosmetic bag for herself. She began being asked about the bag in restrooms, restaurants and at work. She decided to turn it into a small business for cash.
Kate has taken her extensive knowledge of design and fashion and has embarked on a lifelong dream of creating and designing bags for every woman. Kate’s approach to design is fresh and inspiring. Using rich and colorful fabrics, she is inspired by today’s fashion as well as retro inspired couture. All who purchase a Bella’s Bag should have confidence that the product they are carrying not only will stand up to the “everyday” but be fashionable and practical as well.
