All items are packaged ready for gift-giving in a lovely gift box finished with grosgrain bow. I ship most items next day. At the latest, it'll take me 3 days. If for some reason it will take longer (e.g. if I am taken hostage by gnomes), I will convo you and let you know. Please let me know if your purchase is a gift and when you need it delivered by, and I will be sure to get it out in time. Tracking, delivery confirmation, and priority/express mail can be received for extra charge. Just let me know you would like these and I'll send you an invoice with the revised payment. Although I doubt I'll get the Nobel Prize for the happiness I deliver via graphic pendants and other lovely things, I do strive to make my customers hap hap happy. So by all means, if your purchase is damaged, let me know and I'll work with you to make it better. I am not responsible for items lost in the mail. I highly recommend purchasing delivery confirmation.

NOTE Please keep your graphic pendant dry! If it gets wet, it could get damaged, and I don't think either of us wants that. Unless you specify otherwise, necklace lengths are 18 inches. Measurements of pendants are approximate as each is individually made.
