If a piece is NOT in stock or needs to be a specific size, it will be made to order and will take some time to complete.  If you need an item right away, please check with me--I'm very accomodating when possible.

All items are shipped via USPS First Class mail with delivery confirmation and can take up to 7 days to arrive.  Please let me know if faster service needs to be arranged.

Your item will be replaced at no extra cost if any damage occurs during shipment.  You may return your item for a full refund (minus shipping costs) prior to 30 after reciept of item...all of my creations are 100% satisfaction guaranteed!  We do not give refunds after 30 days.  However, exchanges and credit can be issued.  Custom items are nonrefundable.

Wholesale and custom orders are more than welcome--just ask.  If you see something you like, but would like it more if it was just a little different--just ask.  One of my biggest joys is working with the inspirations of my clients.
