There are no returns on any earrings for sanitary purposes.

All returns must be received within 7 days of receiving your jewelry package - this will be determined by the delivery confirmation number.  You must notify info@bonitaj.com of the return and the reason for the return within that 7 day period.  There will be no refunds on shipment costs. 

We do accept exchanges - please email us for any exchanges at info@bonitaj.com. Needs to be initiated in that 7 day period of receiving the product(s).

BonitaJ cannot be held responsible for any shipped orders that are damaged, lost or not correctly delivered due to the US Postal services mistakes, weather, etc.

If you need a piece more customized by size, style or color - please email us at info@bonitaj.com.  If you would like a brand new item created that you have photos of items you liked or ideas you would like to see - please email us for your custom creation.

There are no returns on any custom piece created that you request be made.

Shipping:  The standard shipping order will arrive in 14-21 business days.  The One Day shipping option will be delivered within 7 business days.
