BonitaJ is a custom jewelry design company.  We hand make every piece so that full customization can be achieved.  There are many different color options from pearls and crystals, as well as size options, clasp options and bracelet and necklace length options. 

If you ever see something you like - but want it changed to suit your style more efficiently - just contact us.  

Sizing:  we offer any piece in almost any size - so if the size you need is not listed - just contact us and we're happy to assist with all sizing needs.

Quantity Discounts:  If you are purchasing 3 or more of the same exact item - we will create you a custom listing and provide you with a "quantity discount".

Packaging:  Each and every piece of our jewelry comes in its own white jewelry box that is lined with a cotton liner.  We have our logo on top of the box lid and it's wrapped with curly ribbon - so it's ready to give or receive!

SHIPPING:  The standard shipping takes 14-21 days total from the date you place your order to the date you receive your order.  The Next Day price is for 7 days or less.   If you need your package in a time frame that is not listed in our shipping section or here - please contact us with your specific needs and we're happy to accommodate anything that we can.

All orders (except rush orders - next day orders) are shipped out via US Priority Mail.  The 14-21 day turn around time still applies - but we do get our packages to our customers using the USPS postal system.  All RUSH orders are sent out via US EXPRESS mail and there is a 7 day or less turn around time.

COLORS:  If you see an item you like, but it's just not in your prefered color - contact us.  We literally have 100's of crystal color options and over 30 pearl color options to choose from - chances are we can make a color match that fits you perfectly.

STERLING SILVER or GOLD FILLED:  We can make anything in our catalog with either sterling silver or gold filled metals.  If you see something in sterling but need gold - just contact us.  At times, the gold filled is slightly more expensive, but in many cases is the same price.
