Our goal is to deliver your purchase as quickly as possible. All orders are shipped on business days (Monday through Friday) excluding holidays. All orders have a processing time of two business days if the merchandise is in stock.

SHIPPING

All Orders are shipped UPS Ground. Shipping prices are listed per individual item, and will be totalled at checkout.

RETURNS

Brooklyn Royalty wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you should need to return an item, you may return regular priced merchandise to the merchant directly (*see exceptions) within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, minus the shipping charges. We do not refund original or return shipping charges.

Exceptions

We do not accept returns on sunglasses, shoes, undergarments, jewelry, or accessories. We also do not accept returns on items that have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged in any way.

All sale items are final sale. No returns will be accepted.

Damaged/ Defective Goods:

At Brooklyn Royalty, we are committed to selling only first-quality goods and accessories. To that end, we employ several quality checks before an item is shipped. If you have received a damaged or defective item, please notify us by email within 3 days of receiving the order to be eligible for a refund.

Return Procedures:

- Return packages must be postmarked no later than 14 days from date of original delivery.

- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs as well as items lost or damaged. We recommend that you insure your package and use a shipper, such as USPS Priority Mail, UPS or Federal Express that allows you to track your package. If you send a return COD, it will not be accepted.

- Claims for packages lost or damaged in transit must be made by the shipper.

- Please include a copy of your Shipping Receipt and Contact Information including email and day/evening phone numbers.

Brooklyn Royalty is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to forces of nature, national disasters or any other uncontrollable events.

When an order is placed, it will be shipped to an address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on this website. All purchases from this website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from this website pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.
