in general, we here at carolina bleu hate policies and rules.  but just so you know we want our customers to be happy and will work with you on an individual basis to make sure you are.  

 

orders will be shipped out usually in 3 days of purchase.  unless we are completely swamped.  if you need an item by a certain date, please let us know and we will make that happen.

 

we are always improving upon our designs.  items in the photo may be slightly different for this reason or due to availability of supplies on hand.  all vintage  involved items may vary because they are vintage.
