| I only accept payments through PayPal. Custom made and altered pieces cannot be cancelled. Only after receving full payment alterations or custom made dresses will be started. Payment must be made within 24hours or the item will be relisted. |
| Shipping |
| If the item you want is in stock, it will be shipped within 24 hours excluding weekends and holidays. If it is made to order please allow four to six weeks for shipping, although I will try sooner. You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your purchase is shipped. Our standard shipping method is using Fedex. Carolina Soma LLC cannot be held responsible for packages lost, stolen or damaged on transit. However if you would like to add insurance or use a different shipping method I can accomadate your request. Shipping costs will be altered accordingly. Some insurance costs cannot be waived if shipped outside the USA. Carolina Soma LLC cannot be held responsible for added duties of retainment of items at border/customs. Some countries place duty taxes on foreign goods. Customers are responsible for payment of such taxes. We do not ship to P.O.Boxes |

| All the sales are final. In the unlikely circumstance that your dress does not fit properly, please contact me and we will discuss alterations (shipping costs by customer). I do not accept returns on custom dresses. |
