My muse exists in the materials - the textures, colors, shapes -whether it is something vintage I am using as a foundation, or the materials with which I'm building a foundation from scratch. 

Working with metal and vintage components is meditative and inspiring. I get lost in a new piece for hours- testing, twisting, hammering, melting, bending, refining. I have an obsession with detail. I dream in metal and vintage glass and plastics. 

I love experimenting with new materials and techniques.  I am completely self-taught and my work is always changing, growing,evolving...
