Emily Watson

Emily Watson is best known for sterling silver and enamel art jewelry.  She  also produces enamel wall pieces, installation work, and a line of modern, elegant production jewelry. Her work can be found in numerous galleries and on-line venues.  

Her latest pieces explore the marriage of materials, ranging from faux bone plastic, acrylic, bakelite, wood, resin, silver, and mixed vintage materials. These materials produce jewelry which is light, durable, organic, and stands out from traditional jewelry.

As with all of Emily's work,  this series is simple in design but weight, proportion, and construction are all addressed with care. Every element of these pieces has been formed by hand. Because of the necessary time investment, handmade art jewelry cannot (and should not) compete in price with jewelry that uses commercially manufactured elements.  Please consider this when selecting jewelry!
