RETURNS & EXCHANGES

While we think you’ll love everything that we make, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may make an exchange or receive a store credit for your purchase within 14 days of receipt. There are no refunds and no exceptions. If you have questions about an item, please email us before purchasing.

We will not accept the return of damaged, tangled or worn items. Any returned item must be in its original condition. It must be carefully packed in the original packaging and safely shipped back to us INSURED via UPS or insured registered mail.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

If you have received EUTECTIC jewelry as a gift, please let us know. We can extend the time for exchange/credit. Gift returns must be accompanied by a gift reciept.

To return an item for credit or exchange, email returns@theeutecticpoint.com for a return Authorization Number, mailing address and additional instructions.

TURN-AROUND TIME

All EUTECITC jewelry is made to order, so please allow one to two weeks for delivery. We can accomodate quicker turn-around if necessary; if you require rush delivery, please email info@theeutecticpoint.com with “ATTN: Rush” in the subject header.

MATERIALS & CARE

EUTECTIC handcrafted jewelry is individually made from the highest quality materials. Unless otherwise stated, all gemstones are genuine stone. Wire and chain are sterling silver and/or 14kt gold filled (what’s gold filled?).

All EUTECTIC jewely is handmade one piece at a time (or in pairs). Pieces bear marks made by human hands and tools. The beauty of the stones used in EUTECTIC is enhanced by the slight variations in color and shape due to their natural origin and hand cutting. Stones may also feature natural inclusions. Any handmade jewelry should be treated gently. Avoid tugging at, sleeping in or piling up your items as this can cause breakage, tangling or misshaping of components.

Sterling silver tarnishes, so it is best to keep your jewelry in a small reclosable bag (to keep out air). Simple earring may be stored flat together, but complex or chandelier style pieces should be stored on their original card to avoid tangling. Neclaces and bracelets should be wrapped GENTLY and LOOSELY around a card for storage. If you can’t bear to see your jewelry in bags, the best method of storage is hanging.

To remove dirt and debree, jewelry should be cleaned with a soft, lint free cloth. Tarnish should be removed with a polish-filled jewelry cloth (like a Sunshine cloth). DO NOT use commercial tarnish remover as it can affect the natural stones. Washing is also not reccommended because of the different porosity of the stones.

Pearls and opals require special care. Pearls should not get wet because they are pourous and can absorb water. Pearls absorb the oils from your skin to maintain their luster, so they should be worn often. Opals are somewhat brittle and contain a large amount of water. They should also be worn often, but for a different reason: the oils from your skin help protect them from water loss.

CUSTOM JEWELRY

We love to do custom orders! Since all of our jewelry is handcrafted individually, we can create a beautiful custom design for your wedding or other event or for a special gift. Email us with your ideas and time frame and we’ll create something just for you. Pricing for custom work is based on materials and labor.

REPAIRS

We offer free repair for items purchased within the last 6 months (based on normal usage). Knotted chains, crushed hoops, and other forms of damage can be repaired for a a materials & labor fee.
