Any of our ready-made lingerie pieces sold online can be exchanged or returned for store credit ONLY (We do not refund or waive shipping charges on returns or exchanges). Items must be received within 14 days of purchase, UNWORN and accompanied by the original sales receipt. In order to protect our customers' personal hygiene, we simply cannot make any exceptions to this policy.

The turnaround time for ready-made pieces bought online is 7-14 business days. FedEx Ground is our standard shipping method which takes anywhere from 1-5 days. You may also choose one of our expedited shipping options if you're just too excited to wait that long.
