 Please note shipping times for each piece here, all of which are made to order. Insurance is by-request and costs 1.99% of subtotal.

Whether it's a gift for you or for someone you love, your purchase will be beautifully presented in a gift box and shipped in a padded envelope. External packaging may or may not be recycled (I'm a firm believer).

Generally, faerwear is shipped via USPS First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation unless otherwise requested (obviously, international orders will require different options). Packages are insured on a by-request basis (that means if you want it insured, just ask! USPS Insurance for a small package is $1.35US.)

Great pride and care is taken in the creation of faerwear and only quality materials are used. Years of my experience will provide you with a beautiful handcrafted piece that will last for a long time if properly cared for. If you are not satisfied with your faerwear item please return AS PACKAGED within seven days of receipt for store credit, minus shipping and handling fees. For hygiene reasons, I can only accept the return of pierced earrings if they are found to be faulty.

Any returned item that shows obvious signs of wear will not incur a refund. If by rare chance an item should arrive to you damaged or broken, or if it breaks of its own accord, a one-time repair of the item is free. Items broken due to excessive wear or use can also be repaired for a small fee which is based on the damage incurred (such as loss and replacement of materials).
