Materials:
All of my earring hooks, clutches, and posts are sterling silver and are stamped 925.
Unless otherwise noted, all silver-toned items are sterling silver, and all stones and pearls are genuine. I also use copper, brass, and occasionally glass beads in my work. If you're not sure about something, send me a message and I'll be happy to answer any questions you may have.
Shipping information:
To reduce waste, I may occasionally package an item with recycled shipping materials or padding. If you would prefer new materials please send me a note and we can discuss your needs.
I will gladly combine shipping on multiple purchases.
If you order more than 5 items I will discount the shipping and will also include free insurance.
I ship items in well-padded boxes via USPS with delivery confirmation. If a package tracks as undelivered for 4 weeks, I will replace it, however I cannot replace packages that were delivered to the correct address. If you would like to purchase insurance for your items, I offer it at an additional $1.65 US for up to $50. Any item or item or items valued at over $50 dollars will receive complimentary insurance.
If you need priority shipping or shipping via another carrier, such as UPS, let me know and I can create a custom listing for you.
Guarantee:
I want you to like the jewelry that I've made. If there is something wrong with your order, let me know right away so that it can be fixed. If you wish to return an item, ship it back to me in it's original packaging and condition and I will refund the cost of the item minus the shipping fee via Paypal.
I do offer a lifetime guarantee on all jewelry I've made: If it breaks, then you pay for shipping one way back to me, I'll fix or replace it as I feel is necessary and pay for shipping back to you. Replacement of items such as matching an earring or replacing a lost stone may incur a small fee.
Custom Orders:
I do occasionally accept custom orders. Custom orders for more than $30 require a 50% down payment for materials. All custom orders are non-refundable.
