Shipping Policy

Items are shipped USPS, (insurance optional), standard, 2-day, and 1-day, with Delivery Confirmation (in localities where that is an option), and will be shipped when payment clears my bank account successfully. Buyer will receive notification of when I am shipping their item(s) before or shortly thereafter.

Repair

Although extremely rare, should your piece require repair within 30 days of purchase (provided it has been used in a reasonable manner) it will be repaired at no charge. Customer only pays shipping.

In The Event You Buy Wrong Size

Every effort is made to provide clear size specifications in each listing, however there are circumstances in which either the buyer thinks they need one size but really needs another, or freeform shaped pieces may not be exactly measurable in the usual way. Some items cannot be re-sized due to the nature of the material or construction technique, and some can. If you buy a bracelet or necklace that can feasibly be re-sized I will do so provided the buyer pays shipping. If something is being sized up (larger) which requires an added expense on my end totalling more than a few dollars, please be aware that this cost may be charged to the customer before repairs are completed and item returned to you. If you have any questions as to feasibility of a particular piece's re-sizing, please contact me in advance and I'll see what I can do. Re-sizing smaller is offered free of charge once your payment has been received and has cleared if you see something in my store you want but it is too big, but please inquire in advance of purchase unless the listing says for sure it can be re-sized.

Return Policy

Exchanges only  for item of equal value; (no refund), shipping paid for by buyer, and only in the event of manufacturer's defect with reasonable use and wear. (For instance: pearls soaked in harsh cleaners, boxing with your ring on, children playing tug-of-war with your necklace, or wood submerged under water don't qualify).

Custom Orders

I welcome custom orders. Please contact me with inquiries and I'll be happy to give you a price quote.

If you inquire about a custom order and don't feel you can afford to pay my, please let me know so that I am not left hanging and so that I don't tie up time and resources I have on hand that could be used for other pieces. 

I want my customers to be satisfied and will do my best to make your item what you envision. Pre-payment in full is required before work on custom items can be started. Please pay promptly and keep lines of communicate open, as I cannot hold these in limbo for more than 7 days. (Please be aware that a custom order, once agreed to, is a legally binding contract).

Layaway

I will consider layaway on some of my more expensive pieces to reliable buyers. Installments are non-refundable and such arrangement, once begun will constitute a legally bindng contract. Please contact me about terms for time-frame if you are interested in arranging a layaway.

To Brick and Mortar Stores/Galleries/Boutiques

Inquiries by stores, boutiques, and galleries are welcome. Please provide a copy of your Tax ID. Consignment will only be considered for stores/galleries in the Atlanta area. Others must meet minimum up-front buying requirements to receive quantity discount.
