Guarantee: I guarantee that you will be satisfied with anything you purchase from me. If you are not satisfied for any reason, email me at stuart@breidensteindesign.com and I will satisfy you. Warranty: All of my jewelry has a lifetime warranty for regular use. Some items are breakable (resin bangles, heavy resin rings, etc.) If you break something, contact me, send it back and I will repair it to the best of my abilities at no charge, or replace it at a reduced price. If something breaks and it's my fault, (a clasp, for example) contact me, send it back and I will repair it or replace it at no charge.  Sizing: Rings can be ordered in any size including half sizes. If you don't know your ring size, I can mail you a nice, re-useable ring sizer with instructions for 5 dollars including shipping. Necklaces can be ordered in any length up to 36 inches. If you don't see the length you want, email me. Waxed cotton cord is standard, (on most.)  These cords have a simple magnetic clasp. It is very strong. If you prefer a traditional clasp, I can substitute one, but really, the magnetic clasps are the coolest and oh, so easy! Chokers (coated stainless steel) come in 16 or 18-inch length and black or silver color.

Returns/exchanges: For repairs: I will pay shipping both ways. For re-sizing: I will pay shipping one way. 'Cuz you don't like it: I'll pay shipping one way. Before you return anything, please contact me: stuart@breidensteindesign.com

Shipping/delivery: 

I have some items in stock, but I make each piece myself, by hand, and resin can take 72 hours just to cure. So please allow 2 weeks for delivery of your item. If you need something by a specific day (birthday, etc) contact me at stuart@breidensteindesign.com and I'll try my best to get it to you in time.
