 BASIC MEASUREMENT GUIDE

*Please note that Kate Boggiano blouses are made true to size.  Kate Boggiano is a designer brand and tends to run smaller than a mass merchant does.  If you are unsure of your size or find yourself between sizes, we advise to always go up to the next size or call us at (866)388-3501 for exact product measurements and assistance.

Shipping: We guarantee that all in stock items will be delivered within 10 business days from purchase.  For all in stock items purchased from our collection, we ship same day for orders received before 4pm eastern time and next day for orders received after 4pm.  All create your own items will arrive within 10 business days from order placement or receipt of a customer's shirt as long as selected fabric is in stock.  If any item is back ordered, we will let you know with in 24 hours of order placement.

Shipping and handling charges for all continental US orders are $5.00 for standard shipping (3-7 business days depending on location and order placement time) and will ship First Class Mail, $8.95 for Priority (2-3 business days depending on location and order placement time) and will ship Priority Mail, and $24.95 for Overnight (1-2 business days depending on order placement time) and will ship UPS, USPS, DHL or Fed Ex depending on location.

Returns: All returns and or exchanges must be made within 60 days of purchase.  Items must be in good condition and not previously worn.  Returnable items include anything purchased from Our Collection and our Sale items.  Since the Create your own shirt is made to your specifications and measurements, it is not returnable.  If we have made an error or for whatever reason your custom shirt does not fit, we will do everything we can to remedy the situation.  Please call (866)388-3501 for more information or help with this issue.

If you need to exchange an item, please call (866)388-3501 for assistance before you return your purchase.  Shipping charges will be waived for exchanged items.

All returns will be credited upon the receipt of the merchandise to the credit card used for purchase unless stated otherwise.  Please note that the shipping charge will not be refunded for returns.
