To return an item, please email us at returns@kylerdesigns.com for an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. When sending back your return, please include a copy of your invoice, write the RMA number on your invoice copy and include a short note explaining the reason for your return. All merchandise should be returned to us fully insured in a well-padded envelope or box. We cannot be responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged during shipment. repairs All jewelry is guaranteed under normal wear and usage for 60 days from invoice date. Any product needing repair within 60 days under normal wear and usage may be returned to us for repair free of charge. We reserve the right to determine normal wear and usage. If your jewelry is in need of repair after 60 days, we are happy to take care of it for a minimal charge plus shipping and handling. Please contact us for a quote before shipping. For your protection, please send all repairs insured in a well-padded envelope or box. We cannot be responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged during shipment.
