RETURN POLICY:-Return packages must be postmarked no later than 14 days from the date of original delivery.-All Products must be unused and undamaged, in orginal packaging (whenever possible) and with hangtags (if any) attached to ensure a full refund. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with this policy.-When shipping a return, you must include a copy of the packing slip and write on the bottom portion of the slip the reason for the return. We recommed that you use UPS or an insured parcel post for your return. CODs or third party billing will not be accepted.-Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment originally used for your purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product.-All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.DAMAGED GOODS:All items are thoroughly inspected before shipping and we have yet to have a problem. That being said, there's a first time for everything! In the case of a damaged item, please notify us by e-mail within 3 days of receiving the order, at lara@laramiller.net to be eligible for a refund. Any manufacturer damage claims sent in after 3 days of receiving the order will not be considered for a refund. Please remember that many sample sale items are there because of slight damages. These will be clearly listed in the garment description, as well as marked on the actual piece when it is shipped.
