Shipping

I ship by USPS First Class Mail with delivery confirmation (domestic shipments only) within three business days after I receive your payment, unless your piece is a custom design.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds, minus shipping, will only be given for pieces that are unworn and undamaged and returned in their original packaging. I must receive the piece from you before I can issue your refund. I am happy to repair pieces that are damaged in the shipping process at no additional cost.

Replacement/Repair

If you damage your jewelry, or lose one of a pair of earrings, please do not hesitate to contact me. I would be happy to repair your piece, or create a replacement, at the same price as the original. Please note, however, that some pieces are truly one of a kind, and I may not have the materials to recreate them.
