All items are hand made to order in Brooklyn, NY. Items will ship 2 to 3 business days from the date of order.

If you’re not happy, neither are we. You can exchange or return any unworn and unaltered piece within 21 days of purchase. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable.

To exchange or return an item, please contact us. All returns must include a return address, phone number and a copy of your receipt. For your protection, please insure the item for its full value and ship it in a way that allows you to track delivery. Paypal and Credit Card returns will be processed after items have been delivered.

Please DO NOT SEND VIA US MAIL anything larger than envelope size. We are not responsible for uninsured or USPS returns.

We stand behind the quality and handmade craftsmanship of our jewelry. If your jewelry is in need of repair we will fix it for only the cost of shipping.
