Orders: Orders are made to order and shipped within 5 business days of purchase.

Returns:Returns are accepted if the item is damaged upon arrival or not as ordered. You have seven days after receipt of the piece to contact us about a return. Upon agreement you can return the piece for credit toward a replacement, or a different piece. Shipping charges can not be credited.

Repairs:We will be happy to repair any of our items that may have gotten damaged due to time, wear, etc. If applicable, you may be charged for labor, materials, and/or shipping, but this can not be assessed until the piece in question is in our hands. Contact us about any repairs, and we'll take it from there.
