Payment

Accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express & PayPal.  All prices are listed in US dollars.   

All purchases must be fully paid for within 3 days or original purchase.  Any purchase unpaid for after 3 days of original purchase will be canceled and re-listed. 

If you pay using Paypal, your address in Paypal and Smashing Darling must match up. If there is any discrepancy or if you want it shipped to a certain address, please contact us. 

All items are handmade so please allow 7-14 days for garments to be made after full payment of purchase.

Shipping  

Will ship all purchases upon full payment only. 

US – All US domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. You should receive your order within 3-5 business days.  

Canada/International- All Canadian and International orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail International flat-rate.  You should receive your order within 6-14 business days.  Customer is responsible for all customs/duties fees. 

We are not responsible for lost, stolen and/or damaged items once shipped.  If you have concerns about this, please let us know ahead of time and you can purchase insurance or signature confirmation for domestic orders.  Just mention it in the “message to seller” option at time of purchase. 

Refunds & Exchange

Items can be exchanged within 5 days of delivery for store credit only.  No refunds.  Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees.  If you are worried about fit, please look at the sizing chart and/or contact us before purchase.  Items must be returned within good, unaltered condition.

 Additional Info

We accept wholesale orders.  Minimum is $400.  Please contact us for more information. We do not accept consignment offers.
