Pamela Penney Textile Arts

All orders will be shipped within 7 days of receipt of order unless otherwise noted.  (Some items may be created upon receipt of order and will be shipped within 14 days from order – this will be noted in the item description)

Return Policy:  Return packages must be postmarked no later than 14 days from the date of original delivery.  All products must be unused and undamaged.  When shipping a return please include a written description of the reason for the return.  Examples:   wrong size, wrong color, product defect with detailed description, etc.  We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with this policy.  All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.   PPTA is not responsible for any items lost, stolen or damaged during return shipping.  We recommend you choose a shipping method that includes insurance and tracking.  COD’s will not be accepted.  Refunds will be issued within 30 days of our receiving your returned product.   Returns should be shipped to Pamela Penney Textile Arts, 130 Harrison Street  -Oak Park, IL  60304  Attn:  Returns Dept.   If you have any questions regarding a return or refund please email pam@pamelapenney.com. 

Care:        All items will have care instructions included.  No returns will be made because of incorrect care and/or cleaning by the customer.
