And now the exciting stuff...Pearl by the Sea's Policies: Returns: I'm happy to accept returns up to 14 days after purchase for a refund (via paypal) or 30 days after purchase for a Pearl by the Sea Credit. Return shipping will be paid by the customer.  If the piece isn't quite what you were looking for but you would like another piece, I am also happy to exchange for something else in my shop or make a custom replacement for the item to make it just right for you.  There may be a slight wait for your custom replacement, but customs are usually processed completely within 7 - 10 days. If you would like to purchase insurance, please let me know and I will submit an invoice for the insurance charge. I strongly encourage insurance on expensive purchases. I'm proud to create beautiful jewelry of very high quality. If a piece of Pearl by the Sea jewelry should break, please email me about a free repair. If (on the odd chance that) a repair is needed during the first 30 days you have owned the piece, I will pay for shipping both ways. After 30 days, I will request that the customer pays to ship it to me, and I will cover the return postage. Payment methods: I prefer paypal, but will also accept a personal check or US Post office Money Order. Check + money order shipments will be sent as soon as the payment has cleared.
