Each piece of radka designjewelry is made to order.  Since they are hand made, there might be some variations.  Yourorder will ship within a week once your payment is processed.  All items will be sent insured with delivery confirmation.  

Items can be exchanged if contact is made within 5 days of package receipt. Please contact me at radkadesign@yahoo.com. All unworn jewelry must be shipped back with postal insurance, in its original packaging and condition. Buyer is responsible for all shipping. Sorry, no returns.
